Program Terms
By participating in the Pala Band of Mission Indians d/b/a Pala Casino Spa Resort (“Pala Casino, we, us, our”) Pala Casino Privileges Program (“Program”), you (“Member, you, your”) agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Program Terms”). Eligibility for Membership
- Membership in the Program is free.
- To be enrolled in the Program, members must:
- Be 21 years of age or older.
- Provide at a minimum, full legal name, physical address, phone number, email, date of birth, and agree to abide by these Program Terms.
- To complete registrations and activate the Program membership, Member must appear in person at the Pala Casino Privileges Club and present valid, government-issued photo identification, acceptable to Pala Casino for proof of age in order to obtain a Program card and to redeem points.
General Terms
- Members may only have one (1) Program account. Duplicate accounts may be deleted at Pala Casino’s sole discretion, and any benefits, including points, Added Play, and comps may be forfeited.
- The benefits of the Program are intended solely for the use of the person listed on the account (“Member”) and are non-transferable (including upon death, divorce, or by operation of law).
- A Member may not allow any other person to use their Program card or access their account. Any benefits earned using another individual’s account will be void, and the Member’s account and all associated Program benefits are subject to termination.
- Each Member will be required to select a secure personal identification number (PIN) at the time of obtaining a card for account access. It is the Member’s responsibility to safeguard their card, PIN, and account information.
- Pala Casino requires appropriate interactions between our guests and team members. Pala Casino reserves the right to suspend any accounts of anyone exhibiting behavior inconsistent with Pala Casino’s Guest Behavior Standards.
- Program cards are the property of Pala Casino and must be returned upon request.
- Pala Casino and its subsidiaries are not responsible for the misuse of lost or stolen cards.
- Each Member is responsible for selecting a username and password for their online Program account, which must be kept confidential and secure.
- A Member may accumulate and redeem points at any participating location.
- Program Terms are subject to change at Pala Casino’s sole discretion. Continued use of the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
- To accumulate points, the Member is responsible for using their card at eligible slot machines or presenting their card to table game dealers before play.
- Pala Casino tracks Members’ average bets and length of play. Points for table games or other non-slot games are granted based on the personal observations of Pala Casino employees.
- Pala Casino reserves the right to adjust points for malfunctions, operator errors, or fraud.
- No points will be earned on free slot play coupons or promotional items.
- Program benefits may include non-cashable credits that cannot be converted into cash.
- A Member may also receive points for qualified hospitality spend at participating outlets. Points will not be awarded for tax, service charges, tips or comps.
- All point redemptions are final unless otherwise allowed by Pala Casino.
- Pala Casino may withdraw points for misuse of complimentary items or services.
- Points may expire; a 90-day period without points may result in expiration of the account.
- Point balances are non-transferable, including upon death or divorce.
- Pala Casino reserves the right to modify or cancel this Program at any time.
- Individuals excluded from gaming are not eligible for Program membership.
- All communications with Pala Casino may be monitored.
- If any provision of these rules is invalid or unenforceable by law, all other provisions will remain in effect.
- By participating in the Program, Members consent to the collection and use of their personal information per these rules and the Pala Casino privacy policy.
Non-Discrimination
In compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Pala Casino ensures that exercising your privacy rights will not result in any form of discrimination:
- Members will not be denied goods or services.
- Members will not be charged different prices or rates for goods or services.
- Members will not receive different levels or qualities of goods or services.
Pala Casino is committed to providing equal access to all members, ensuring that exercising your CCPA rights does not affect your Program membership status. You may withdraw your consent for direct marketing communications at any time by contacting us.

GUEST BEHAVIOR STANDARDS
Pala Casino Spa Resort is committed to ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests. Inappropriate behavior is prohibited, including:
- Unruly behavior, threatening gestures, fighting or violence.
- Derogatory language regarding race, ethnicity, gender, and other protected classes.
- Clothing not conforming to dress codes.
- Possession of weapons without prior consent.
- Stealing or damaging property.
- Possession or use of cannabis or illegal drugs.
Pala Casino reserves the right to take appropriate action for violations of this policy.
