Be reviewed by our team and, once approved, you’ll be requested to validate your information with documentation.
Possible Reasons for Rejection:
- Your website is not accessible or is under construction;
- Your target audience is under 18 years of age, promotes sexually explicit materials, violence, discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age, promotes illegal activities or violates intellectual property rights;
- Your acquisition is based in a market where we don’t accept customers.
Account Validation Requirements
In order to validate your account, you’ll need to prove your identity with:
- A passport/national ID card if you’re within the EU;
- Your address with a utility bill or bank statement;
- If you are a company, we’ll also need the certificate of incorporation;
Adding More Websites
Yes, you can. Even after registration, you can add more websites/traffic sources.
Cost of Registration
No! The registration, promotion, and usage of our marketing materials is completely free.
Access to Marketing Tools
Yes. Once your account is approved, you’ll have access to our necessary tracking links, ads, and, if you request it, a dedicated promo code. Through the marketing tools tab in your account, you can use those banners, text links, and iframes to start promoting us.
Statistics Overview
You just need to log in to your BeAffiliates account and all statistics will be displayed for you. They are online 24/7 and are updated once a day with all the information you will need.
Reporting
Within your account, you will be able to access reports for multiple periods, comparisons between different ads, keywords, or site profiles. You may also extract this information via API.
Payment Schedule
We pay all our affiliates on a net 15 basis, meaning you will receive your payment by the 15th of each month. The minimum payout amount is 50€.
Payment Methods
We have three available payment methods: Skrill, wire transfer, or Neteller. All transfers are made in euros. If you have any invoicing questions, please contact our BeAffiliates team.
Payment Issues
This may happen due to several reasons:
- You have not met the minimum payout (50€);
- You have not sent the mandatory KYC documents;
- There’s a typo in your bank details or they are missing.

Ad Formats
We have all standard and many non-standard sizes available for all our brands and products in Flash, GIFs, HTML5, widget, and text link format. You can find them under your account in the marketing tools section.
Tracking Visitors
Once the visitor clicks on any of our banners on your website, a cookie will be dropped to their browser, along with the dynamic parameters from your URL, which will inform us during their registration that they belong to you.
