‘Landlord’ rips through property and lunges at tenant with circular saw in row

A terrifying video has captured the moment a supposed 'landlord' tore into a property with a circular saw and appeared to lunge towards a tenant in a heated row.

Muhammed Raheel filmed the crazed moment from inside his flat in Galway, Ireland, on Monday (April 17) at around 1.30pm after his landlord decided to cut through the front door with the power tool.

The surgeon then decided to unlock the door to find out what was happening outside and told the man to "stay back I'm going to call the police".

To which, the bloke replied: "Go to hell."

Muhammed repeated: "You cannot do this, please."

The dad-of-two continued to plead for him to stop as he had to take cover his 'landlord' moved towards him with the saw and entered the hallway.

At this point, Muhammed started shouting: "Are you mad?" as the bloke appeared to threaten him with the power tool.

"I am mad at you. You think I wouldn't do it?" the 'landlord' replied.

The tenant then repeats that he is going to call the police, to which the bloke replied: "Go on call the f***ing guards. I don't give a s**t about your family or nothing.

"You will lose more than you've ever lost."

The dispute was reportedly regarding missed rental payments as Muhammed claims his payments had been bouncing back when he tried transferring them across, the Journal reports.

However, he claims he kept the money to one side for when the landlord contacted him.

He told the news outlet: "I kept trying every month and put the money aside so I would have it there when he got in touch.

"I didn’t hear from him for months. Then, on March 28, my wife called me from home and said I had to come right away, because someone was drilling outside."

Muhammed claimed he had "little" response from his local police force and that his family were "worried he would come back."

His local Garda have said: "Enquiries are ongoing at this time."
