Denver police investigating 3 incidents as 4 are killed in overnight homicides

Denver police are looking into three separate incidents that killed four people and injured two more Thursday night into Friday morning.

One woman was stabbed to death before 5 a.m. Friday on the 3200 block of Steele Street in Denver’s Clayton neighborhood, according to police. A man was arrested in connection to the incident, the Denver Police Department reported. The woman was taken to a hospital where she died.

Two men were taken to the hospital, where one died after a shooting in Five Points around 2 a.m Friday, according to police. The Denver shooting happened on the 2300 block of Curtis Street. Denver police have not said if there has been an arrest or suspect in relation to the shooting.

Three men were shot in Denver’s Westwood neighborhood Thursday night before 7 p.m., police say. Each was transported to the hospital, where two men died. One person has been arrested for the shooting, according to police. The shooting happened on the 3600 block of Morrison Road, just south of Alameda Avenue.
