Meghan Markle and Prince Harry 'could not understand' why they were less important than Prince William and Kate Middleton, claims a royal expert.
The couple, who stepped down as senior members of the Royal Family last year, got married in 2018, after which Meghan reportedly questioned their importance.
Following their wedding, Meghan "could not understand why, when she had married the future King’s second son, they were so much less important than William and Kate and their tribe of children," says Ingrid Seward.
Discussing the topic of the royal line of succession, the expert claims Prince Harry is in fact the "only modern Prince who really cares where he is on the list."
It comes amid the birth of Princess Eugenie's baby boy, who was born on February 9, 2021, at 8:55am.
His birth has "pushed his great Uncle Edward, the Queen's third son, down to number 12 in the line of succession to the throne," reports The Sun.
Similar to Prince Edward, Princess Anne has also been pushed down to number 15 in line to the throne.
However, she does "not give a fig and is probably delighted," claims Ingrid.

In contrast the expert believes Prince Harry "minds" his position not for "himself" but due to his wife Meghan.
With the birth of Princess Anne's daughter, Zara Tindall's baby due this spring, the royal line to the throne is set to shift further.
Prince Edward will move from 11th to 12th place and when Zara's royal baby arrives they are expected to be 22nd in line to the throne.
Prince Charles, 72, is first in line to the throne, followed by his son Prince William, 38.
Following him are his children Prince George, Princess Charlotte, Prince Louis and then the Duke of Sussex, Prince Harry, followed by his one-year-old son Archie whom he shares with Meghan.
