‘Explosive devices’ force universities and shopping centres to evacuate

Shopping centres and universities are being forced to evacuate amid fears of explosive devices.

People are fleeing the buildings in the Russian city of Novosibirsk with education sites receiving reports of explosives.

Employees and customers were forced into the street outside the Aura shopping centre following the claims, sib.fm reports.

Another evacuation is underway at the Royal Park shopping centre on Red Avenua.

People were also forced to flee the city's Medical Academy amid the claims.

The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Novosibirsk Region has not yet commented.
